Why choose to shop with 807?

We are a non-profit organization which means that our farmers and food producers get to set their own prices without being undercut by the organization! We are solely providing a connection between the customer and the farmer and find ways to keep our lights on through funding, grants, catering, and events instead of out of the pockets of our producers! When you shop with us you truly are supporting the food growers from your community!

how local are the products?

Finding food producers within our community is our main goal! We do reach out to other community-based food systems across NorthWestern Ontario to try and fill the voids in our product lines and provide a well rounded source for your shopping needs. BUT we will always prioritize producers who are closer to home! (We won’t bring in meat products from Thunder Bay, for example, because we have enough meat producers in our local neck of the woods!). Plus, the closer to home our food is grown, the stronger our local food economy will be!
