Previously known as Griffith’s Abattoir, Cloverbelt Country Meats was rebranded in 2015 in order to serve our local farmers and hunters better!
Employing up to 20 locals, they provide butchering and smoking services to most farms in the area!
Cloverbelt is community driven, with an aim of making sure locally grown livestock stays local and farmers get the support they need to sell their products!
Their small shop in the front of their facility is stocked with pork and beef that they aim to buy from local farms and then turn it into delicious products like steak, smoked ribs, deli-meats, and sausages!
