That’s right! They have the first commercial floating roastery, a symbol that represents the nostalgia of Lake life.

Fueled by off-grid systems, they chart their course to roast their beans wherever the wind blows them, providing you with speciality grade Arabica coffee made in small batches, using a fluid bed roaster, while floating on the stunning Lake of the Woods.

The coffee is "air-roasted" where the beans are levitated on a bed of air that is blown in from the lake, giving them a nautical taste with fresh local wind, water, and sunshine accompanying every sip.
